Bobby Gerace – Founder / Builder

Bobby Gerace is a retired New York City Firefighter who moved to Texas in 2016. Drawing on his family construction background, he founded 9 Design Construction in 2018. Since then, the company has delivered commercial and residential projects of all sizes, combining functionality, craftsmanship, and innovation. Bobby’s leadership and vision continue to drive the company’s growth and reputation for excellence.

 

Will Herring – Project Manager / Partner / Builder

Will Herring attended Texas State University, where he studied Mass Communication with a minor in Business. Beginning his career in 2001 with KB Homes, Will personally oversaw the construction of more than 1,200 residential houses across multiple subdivisions. He has also managed the development of numerous amenity centers, including gyms, office spaces, and community facilities. With over two decades of experience, Will ensures every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and a client-focused approach.
